Join us on Saturday 20th February to celebrate Pancake Day 2021. We will make and eat pancakes together for brunch and find out what Pancake Day celebrates and why it is on a different date each year (Pancake Day is also known as Shrove Tuesday which is on Tuesday 17th Feb this year).

If you would like to make pancakes during the event you will need the following ingredients and a frying pan and spatula:

Flour (150g or 1/2 mug), 1 egg, milk (250 mls or 3/4 mug), oil for frying and sugar and lemon juice for traditional topping (some people like chocolate spread or banana or fruit with their pancakes)

You could buy a pancake mix from a supermarket if you prefer.
