Is HRT safe? Is it good for you? What's fact or myth.....
We're delighted to announce that Henpicked's guide - Menopause: the change for the better - will be launched on the 18 October on world menopause day.
We wrote this easy to read guide with the help of menopause experts, to help women think about what’s right for them. We explore the facts, the myths, different approaches to menopause, including natural and medical options, and look at what you might expect.
While we were writing it, there was another HRT scare, more controversy, so we've invited Dr Louise Newson, of My Menopause Doctor to tell us about the menopause and HRT. You may have seen Louise on the BBC or read her articles in the Daily Mail, Telegraph, Good Housekeeping and Prima.
The evening's open to all, come along and invite your friends.
Profit from this event will go to The Daisy Network, a registered UK charity supporting those affected by premature menopause so the more we can raise the better.
Usual cakes and refreshments (of course)!
