About this event

  • Event lasts 3 hours 30 minutes

We're throwing our annual Artists of Colour party on Thursday 14 August at the Festival Theatre in their spacious Foyer, and if you are an artist/performer/creative living in Edinburgh or passing through for any of the summer festivals, then we want to see you there.

This is an occasion for you to meet and conspire with other artists, figure out ways to support each other's work, and dance the night away with music provided by a special guest DJ. This is not just any old Thursday night in Edinburgh during festival season - this is our night. The dress code is "Big Up Yourself" and we mean that in spirit and in flair.

****************

The Festival Theatre is wheelchair accessible and has gender-inclusive toilets. The Foyer is on the first floor, with stair and lift access. For more access information, head to their website. Masking is always welcome and appreciated at Fringe of Colour events. Speak to us if you are worried about getting home late at night.

This is a free event with limited capacity. Registration before attendance is required.

¡For People of Colour/members of the Global Majority!

****************

This event has been made possible by support and funding from the Edinburgh International Festival, the Edinburgh Art Festival, and the Edinburgh Fringe Society.
