HOT OFF THE PRESS FROM URSULA HERSELF :) 03/09/25
In partnership with Botanic Media, I’m thrilled to announce I’ll be performing at Blaney Community Farm on September 21, 2025! Event Details: Date: Sunday, September 21, 2025 Time: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Location: Blaney Community Farm, BT93 7AY, County Fermanagh --- Schedule: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Open Mic – Calling all musicians!. 2:00 PM: Finbar Magee and Briege Quinn take the stage. 3:30 PM: I’ll be performing a selection of tunes from The Secret Melodies of Trees, along with some new compositions. Then I will present some old classics and a few songs. Varin felt a divine calling to settle in the heart of Fermanagh and connect with this land. He’s poured his heart and soul into creating a beautiful space at Blaney Community Farm. You may think this gig is for you - but NO! He wants to bring music to the land to encourage the hard-working faerys and nature spirits who dwell there, to work a little harder. Hehe :) So he is rewarding them and you are invited along... He heard they like harp and singing so he booked me, Finbar Magee and Briege Quinn on fiddle! There will be a marquee and some straw bales, ensuring we’re covered in rain or shine, we’ll create an unforgettable vibe, celebrating the land, music. Join us to soak in the music (not rain), connect with the community and wellies vibes. Come along and support local musicians, festivals and this could be the birth of something uniquely wonderful for the Fermanagh rural area and all music lovers. See you there X'''
Come join us for our 'Sunday Succotash' of fabulous music, company and fresh country air in the Heart of Fermanagh, (well actually the North Western edge :) at Blaney Community Farm with the wonderful Belfast girrrl, Ursula Burns, The Dangerous Harpist and also the renouned folk musos Finbar Magee and wonderful Briege Quinn...
