I have struggled with anxiety on and off over the years. At times it’s been debilitating, reducing me to overwhelm and, very quickly, burn out. During these times I isolated myself from friends and family, became very introverted and avoided draining social situations like the plague. I lost all my confidence!

Before one of these ‘episodes' I was building my online coaching business, but lost all motivation, focus, lacked clarity and had no idea how to move forward. I merely had to go onto social media and see everyone else thriving in their businesses, and the overwhelm would seep in, freezing me in my tracks, keeping me stuck. The negative thoughts would go into overdrive and my inner critic would come out to play. I was simply existing, not living. And it was exhausting and demoralising.

What changed for me was a little voice inside my mind and an inner knowing that if I just changed one thing at a time, things would turn round. And so I harnessed my inner resilience, got out of my head and reconnected with my heart. I reached out and opened up about my symptoms and how I was feeling. I hired a coach, a hypnotherapist and a kinesiologist, and piece by piece, I put myself back together. It took me a long time to get there, but one day things changed. And life didn’t feel so bad. There was hope.

I have now made it my mission in life (or one of them) to help as many women as I can, figure the anxiety puzzle out, reconnect with their inner strength and resilience and begin living the life they were born to live and help them get unstuck. So, I am running this workshop, and the focus is tools to help you overcome anxiety, rebuild confidence and harness your inner resilience.

This workshop is for you if:
  • are withdrawn, have pushed people away and isolated yourself
  • find social situations extremely draining
  • have uncontrolled negative thoughts and a harsh inner critic
  • catastrophise
  • have lost motivation, focus and clarity
  • get overwhelmed easily
  • experience insomnia, headaches, digestive problems
  • have lost a sense of self and live mostly in your head
