Do you feel relationships are challenging? Do you feel anxious when you don’t hear back from someone who hasn’t responded in the way you might like? Do you feel this kind of worrying might also be taking up a lot of your time? Would you like to be closer to people but find it difficult to navigate?

Maybe you would like to know more about how you might have developed these patterns, what kind of attachment style you have and how to handle that. Learn how to regulate your nervous system and feel more empowered to be your authentic self and have the right to relax to be yourself around others and trust that you can ask for what you need and want and begin to trust that others can also look after themselves.

In this workshop, we will look at how to be more ethically empowered so that you are more assertive in a kind way. Or even how to submit or surrender a connection in a way that feels spacious. So that you also have empathy for different styles of relating and adapting appropriately. We will also explore developing fun and pleasure practices to help you feel more confident, and dare to take risks whether people operate in the way you would like or not. We will look at how to be safer, more steady and more aligned in your body to develop happiness hormones like oxytocin, serotonin and dopamine rather than the stress hormones so that you feel better about yourself.
