Anjali Aravindhan is a corporate associate at Fox Williams LLP who has worked with clients operating in a variety of sectors but has a particular focus on fashion. She advises a wide range of UK and international fashion businesses on corporate structuring, governance, investment rounds and mergers and acquisitions.
Anjali has experience guiding companies through the B Corp certification process, working closely with founders, sustainability teams, and boards to align their legal frameworks with the B Lab standards. From amending constitutional documents to advising on shareholder engagement, Anjali’s work supports clients in embedding sustainability and ethical values at the heart of their business models.
