This members-priority visit includes a short tour of Archives at Manchester Central Library and the work of volunteers to index records.

This members-priority visit includes a guided tour of the strong room, exhibition, and search room, plus a short talk on how the Manchester & Lancashire Family History Society transforms archives into searchable family-history records. Numbers are strictly limited, and advance booking on Eventbrite is essential.

Please note: one small section of the tour has restricted access and is not suitable for wheelchair users, though most of the event takes place on the ground floor.
Places are limited to 30 (two groups of 15), and advance booking is essential.
