Aims of the course:
The course aims to examine how educators can move from an assessment report, either one written by yourself, or written by a specialist teacher or Educational Psychologist to a detailed teaching programme.
Specialist teachers (ATS/APS or AMBDA) as well as teaching assistants, class teachers and SENCos
This Course will address the essential skills and practice to:
Translate the findings of an assessment report into an individualised teaching programme, support package or ILP.
You will leave with:
A good working knowledge of interpreting assessment reports and in identifying strengths and weaknesses.
Knowledge of how to build a programme to fit the individual learner.
