Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is designed for parents, carers, or guardians of children with ADHD — diagnosed or suspected. You don’t need any prior knowledge of ADHD or experience with nutrition to attend.

Question 2

My child doesn’t have a formal diagnosis. Can I still come?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. If you’re wondering whether your child may be neurodivergent, or you simply find some of the behaviours challenging, this workshop will still be helpful.

Question 3

Can I bring my child with me?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask that you attend without your child so we can create a calm, focused space for learning, reflection, and connection with other parents. This way, you’ll be able to fully engage with the content and take time for yourself.

Is there an age range this workshop is most suitable for?

Accepted Answer

The workshop is suitable for parents of children of any age. Both the parenting strategies and nutritional guidance can be adapted to support your child’s focus, regulation, and wellbeing whatever their stage of development.

Will you be selling anything at the event?

Accepted Answer

No hard sell. We’ll let you know about further support options, including coaching and online resources, but the focus is on giving you practical tools you can start using right away.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the Courtyard Oxford South is fully accessible. If you have specific needs, feel free to get in touch and we’ll do our best to support you.

Will the workshop be recorded?

Accepted Answer

No, this is an in-person event and will not be recorded. We want to create a safe space for sharing and connection.

Question 8

Can I ask questions during the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes! There will be space for Q&A and informal discussion towards the end. We also encourage connection and questions during the break.

Question 9

What if I book a ticket but can’t attend?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to transfer your place to another parent. Alternatively, the value of your ticket can be used toward a 1:1 session with either Dana or Blanka (to be booked within 2 months of the event). Just get in touch to let us know your preference.
