The hustle and bustle of modern life means that for many of us, play has become a luxury we just don't have the time, energy nor ideas to do anymore.
Without enough true play in our daily lives, we become trapped in a vicious cycle of low energy, low creativity, low resilience, low hope and low growth.
Join Play Coach Portia Tung and award-winning author and practising Buddhist Kevin Macneil in this unique 1-day play adventure to reconnect with your playful yourself by examining your relationship with play in order to figure out what you really want in life.
Through a series of fun and thought-provoking activities ranging from interactive exercises and free play to meditation, you will explore your personal values and current projects, identify and articulate your dreams and wishes for 2017, translate your dreams and wishes into tangible goals and create a plan you can start to action right away to make 2017 a year to remember.
What's more, by signing up for this play adventure you can relax and make the most of Christmas and New Year's Eve celebrations safe in the knowledge that you've set aside a special day to figure out what your ideal 2017 looks like and how to make it happen!
