Stefan set up Willow Isle Capital with a mission to provide property developers and investors with a broking service that they deserve. This is based on trust, transparency, experience and collaborative working.
After graduating from the University of Manchester, Stefan secured a position at Ernst & Young as a Management Consultant. Through his 6 years there, Stefan was was fast tracked from the graduate scheme through to Manager. He joined the firm's Strategy team where he specialized in large scale Operating Model design for a large number of high profile clients across consumer goods, oil and gas, health care and industrial projects. He often draws on his Consulting skills in his day to day role as a broker and CEO.
Whilst working full time at Ernst & Young, Stefan also followed his passion for property. Together with a friend they refurbished and sold 5 properties in South London, undertaking much of the work themselves.
Stefan decided to leave Ernst & Young to pursue property full time. After a couple of years of running a high end Project Management company in London he moved into developments with a business partner. Over the course of a number of years they proceeded to undertake a number of developments including; new build houses, barn conversions, office to residential, title splits and house / flat refurbs.
Today, Stefan continues to undertake smaller investment projects and also invests in other developers schemes.
Stefan's first hand development experience provides the brokerage with a unique USP as he walked in a developers shoes and can advise from both perspectives, something WIC's clients greatly value.
