Do i need experience in yoga?

Not at all, even this is your first time you will be absolutely fine. Its a slow intentional flow. This is not about performance, this is about bofy awareness and realising tension gently.

Please try to arrive 10 minutes early to familiarize yourself with the space. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to admit you, as it can affect your experience and that of others. Thank you for understanding — this ensures everyone can fully enjoy the session.
