Join world-record-breaking adventurer Mollie Hughes for an inspiring talk about resilience and motivation. She has summitted Mount Everest twice and skied solo to the South Pole. Now she draws on these incredible journeys to share powerful, practical lessons for everyday life.

Learn how to manage stress, rediscover your focus, and build self-belief. This talk, filled with breath-taking images from her expeditions, will show you that you do not need to be a polar explorer to reconnect with what matters and tackle your own challenges.

About the speaker

Mollie Hughes is a record-breaking mountaineer and polar explorer. She is the youngest woman to have climbed both sides of Everest and to ski solo to the South Pole. She is also the former president of Scouts Scotland.
