About this event

  • Event lasts 8 hours

When we're in Flow we're driven by a different kind of energy. One that makes our decisions more intuitive and less angst ridden. Most of us have been conditioned to get our feedback from the outside world rather than our inner world of instinct and inspiration. Our creative self is often buried under layers of learned behaviours, habits, and patterns.

This means we have to rely on willpower and adrenaline for fuel, leading to burnout and a lack of aliveness. Adrenaline is survival energy (which is finite) rather than creative energy (which is renewable). Our need to control means we lose an aspect of our authenticity, which is a shame because expressing that is our greatest joy.

Join us for an inspiring event where we will explore new ways to navigate life's challenges with confidence and grace. See you there!

Frequently asked questions

What is Flow?

It’s a state we’re in when we’re driven by a different kind of energy – not energy that comes from calories, adrenaline, or sheer willpower, but a kind of kinetic energy, where each action is driven by the momentum of the previous action.

What is this workshop all about?

It’s a discovery of all the archetypal patterns that hijack our ability to access creativity and flow. Archetypes are templates for energy. They each contain the tension of opposing forces. If we integrate these forces a new more dynamic energy is formed.

What happens in the workshop?

We practice moving from Survival thinking to Creative thinking. Are we competing to win because it’s a fun (creative thinking) or because we’re afraid of losing (survival thinking). What energy are we using to drive our choices? Because the energy changes the outcome.

How is this relevant for the future?

We're coming to the end of an era that valued the skills of the mind - A.I. has superceded our skills at thinking and processing information. In the future we’ll need to become more skilled at managing and directing our energy so that we can access our intuition, instinct and innate creativity.
