About this event

From Inclusion to Impact: What Four Years of Research Show About Diversity, Productivity and the Future of Work

Join NatWest, Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF), and Dr Grace Lordan’s team from The Inclusion Initiative at LSE for an engaging event exploring four years of groundbreaking research on diversity, productivity, and the future of work. Drawing on findings from the WIBF Accelerating Change Together (ACT) and Diversity and Productivity projects, this event reveals what truly works to build inclusive, high-performing workplaces.

Alongside Dr Lordan, Dr Paul Martin and Sam McLoughlin from Discover Economics, other pioneering researchers and influential business leaders will lead thought-provoking sessions—from challenging stereotypes about economics to debating whether diversity and inclusion can ever harm business performance. Designed for entrepreneurs, policymakers, business leaders and people managers, and academics, this is a unique opportunity to connect rigorous evidence with real-world impact.

Lunch will be provided as well as the opportunity to network with other guests and our amazing researchers.
