But coming together is only the beginning. Building and running effective coalitions is a complex undertaking—from aligning stakeholders around a shared ambition, to cultivating dialogue across differences, to delivering consistent outcomes that drive meaningful change.

With decades of experience convening leaders and driving collective action, the Aspen Institute and SYPartners will gather extraordinary coalition designers and leaders to share insights on the “how” of coalition-building.
