From Local Seed, Great Plants Grow

Join Claire Smith, Bowsden Gardening Group and Kate Dixon, Parks Officer, for a seed gathering walk around Castle Parks. They will guide you round Castle Parks and will help answer these questions as well as showing you how to collect seeds sustainably and how to store them. All participants will receive a free, previously prepared packet of locally collected seed, to grow themselves, if the weather isn’t suitable for collecting seed on the day. A chance to find out more about the Parks and grow a plant in the future from local seeds.
