This intensive workshop is for mid-level professionals (Team Leaders, Managers and Directors) who are ready to transition to the next stage of influence, visibility and impact.
Who is the Transformation for?
This workshop is for (Team) Leaders, Managers and Directors who:
- Are prepared to take the leap and step into a senior leadership position
- Want to grow their networks, multiply their income and increase their market value
- Are facing or noticing operational, cultural or systemic challenges in their working environments and want the right strategies to drive change
- No longer want to accept standards, beliefs and behaviours that no longer align with their values
- Are ready to find jobs that are the right fit for them and which play to their strengths
- Want to build high-performing, healthy and satisfied teams
- Want to create a legacy that outlasts them.
To facilitate this shift, we are strategically bringing together a diverse and powerful group of mid-level professionals ready to transition, who possess:
- High-value solutions, but lack the network to initiate and deploy them.
- A deep understanding of critical problems, but lacks the solutions to subvert them.
- The visibility, tools and experience and the tools to execute and see through real, lasting change, but lack the opportunities, problems and the best solutions.
This is NOT for you if you are:
- Not ready to commit to the work required to move to the next level of leadership
- Not ready to change your minds and open up to new tools, resources and networks
- Not ready to be held accountable for fulfilling the commitments you set out
- Not willing to become an accountability partner for your peers
- A junior professional or entry-level graduate

Where are you right now?,
- You’re always anxious. Work life feels like a performance, often due to new levels of responsibilities that overstretch you, causing sleepless nights. On Sundays, you brace for Mondays and feel pressure to manage your absence even when you should be disconnecting (e.g., while travelling). You want to stop feeling anxious about yourself and discover the best career path for you.
