Do I need any previous experience?

Not at all. These sessions are designed to support you whether you're completely new to psychic work or already intuitively aware but looking to reconnect in a more grounded way.

What if I can’t attend live?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive a recording of the session, which is available for three months. The worksheet and practices are designed to support you even if you're working with the session on your own time.

Question 3

Do I need to have my camera on or speak during the session?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I ask that everyone has their camera on during the session where possible. This helps create a warm, grounded space where everyone feels safe, seen, and present - not just energetically, but visually too.

You don’t need to look a certain way or 'perform' in any way -  just come as you are.

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

? What to bring:
A journal and pen (or anything you like to write with — there’ll be time for reflection)
A blanket or wrap, and cushions to make yourself warm and cosy
A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed, if possible - this is time for you
Optional: tea, a candle, or anything that helps

Is this the same as mediumship or connecting with spirits?

Accepted Answer

This session isn’t focused on mediumship, but it builds the foundation. Strengthening your psychic senses can naturally lead to connecting with spirit or guides. If that’s part of your path, this work can gently support it.

Question 6

Is this session suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

If you're in crisis, experiencing untreated psychosis, dissociation, or active trauma without support, this may not be the right space right now. Please prioritise your wellbeing  - you deserve care that can fully hold you. You’ll be warmly welcome when the time is right.
