Cameron Reardon-Davies is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, business advisor, and co-founder of The Secret Plant House - a boutique plant shop nestled in the iconic Victorian Ammanford Arcade. Known for its rare and exotic houseplants, the brand has become a vibrant and recognisable name in the industry, with features in John Lewis and a fast-growing wholesale arm.

Cameron’s entrepreneurial journey began at just 16, when he launched Bug Box - a unique business that scaled into a six-figure brand with a franchise in New York. He went on to feature on BBC’s Young Welsh and Pretty Minted and was recognised as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards.

Today, Cameron is focused on expanding The Secret Plant House, including an exciting new plant and espresso bar concept. Whether he’s growing businesses or nurturing plants, Cameron brings creativity, drive, and real-world experience to everything he does.
