About this event

Arts • Fine Art

As part of the public presentation of the artworks produced through a series of free public workshops offered by the council´ s Air Quality Team during the Richmond Festival of Arts & Ideas 2025, we will open a space for dialogue and explore how environmental awareness, combined with artistic practices can generate meaningful learning experiences in collaboration with communities.

The conversation aims to share experiences and methods for developing creative projects in group settings with limited budgets. To this end, we will also look at initiatives developed by artists such as Yoko Ono and Regina José Galindo, where the use of easily accessible materials and DIY processes can be a starting point for creating displays and artworks in collective and participatory contexts

Come and joins us to be inspired!

This event is a partnership between the Air Quality Team of Richmond Council and the artist Paloma Durante.
