When 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger' and what to do when it actually crushes you.

From what I've noticed lately, we are surrounded by chaos. Chaos creates fear, and fear creates rigidity. Before we know it, we are spiralling down without having something to hold on to, as things are moving too fast.

What would you take away from this workshop?

  1. What resilience looks like for you. I am planning to include you in the process so you won't get bored listening to me talk.
  2. Make the difference between building resilience and being overwhelmed and shutting down.
  3. Factors that contribute to building your resilience, even if it feels weak right now.

This workshop is for you if:

  • You feel anxiety and stress, and want to know how to support yourself.
  • You want to transform your stressful experience into resilience and a lesson to grow from it.
  • You genuinely want to do something about your situation, not only complain and wait for something to happen.

About me

I am a registered psychotherapist, and I focus on helping people who experience anxiety due to childhood trauma.

Before being a therapist, I am a human being with experiences just like yours. I have experienced so much anxiety, isolation and lack of direction that motivated me to do whatever it takes to help myself. From discovering what stays beyond anxiety, what my needs are and how to meet them healthily. How to regulate my nervous system and integrate my wounds, and create resilience.

I want to connect with you on a human level, but I would give you all the information I know as a psychotherapist.
