From Stress to Freedom is a eight week course that develops mindfulness in a group and based on the popular and scientific Mindfulness based Stress reduction course. It is faciliated by a expert in bringing mindfulness into daily life.

The course is high experiental, comes with audio and practical documentation and is baed on the Explore - Play - Love framework.

This highly participatory practical course includes:

 

  • Guided Instruction in Mindfulness Meditation

  • Gentle stretching, movement and mindful yoga

  • Inquiry exercises promoting awareness in everyday life

  • Daily practices of mindfulness
  • Online course material
  • Participants must commit to attending all sessions, including the all-day practice.
  • The group will be a maximum of 20 people.

 

 Dates and cost

The eight week course costs 350 Euros.

 

Included in this course is TRE (Trauma release exercise) which cost 150 Euros to learn.

 

That would be a total of 500 Euros

 

This course is on special offer if you book before December 15th for 235 Euros including BTW
after 15th December the course is 300 Euros

 

Payment can be made over three payments of 90 Euros for early bird fee and 105 Euros for fully fee.

 

The dates on Thursday between 7.30-9.30pm

 

5th, 12th, 19th, 26th Jan.
2, 9, 16, 23rd Feb

 

One day retreat 4th Feb.

 

If you wish personal tuition on a one to one basis the course costs 680 Euros including BTW

 

 


There is a free introduction workshop on 23rd November in Lelystad.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds one week before course starts or if you have to leave the course (it maybe possible to use this for another course), otherwise admin fee of 50 Euros.

Amaranatho

As a Mindfulness consultant, Amaranatho brings his accumulated skills to the retreat, having been a Buddhist Monk for 15 years. He has also been in leadership roles for most of his life, as a young adult in the computer industry, as well as a world explorer. He has developed and run residential retreats for large groups of people, as well as facilitating corporate workshops. He creates a safe space for authentic communication and is a natural trouble shooter. He is interested in the interpersonal aspect of mindfulness and how we can use our daily interaction with people to develop emotional resilience, kindness and peace. His approach is based on cutting edge science, ancient wisdom and the creative use of multimedia. You can find out more about me here

He left a managerial job in the computing industry at the age of 21, went to university and studied Artificial Intelligence, he then traveled around the world for four years. He left the wordily life to become a Buddhist monk, where he lived ten years without money and on trust. He spent another five years as wandering freelance monk, living on a oragnic farm in England, run retreats and workshops in Perth Australia. He left the monks life to return to the market place and embrace life and relationship in it’s fullest.
