What is Body Centered Therapy?

Body Centered Therapy focuses on the interactions between the body and the mind. Body Centered Therapists view your body as a resource for self-discovery and healing.

What will happen during the workshop?

During the workshop, Ewa Bell will support you to better understand your emotions and concerns. She will guide you through simple and easy practices such as breathing exercises for anxiety, sensation awareness or gentle movement practices, that you can later use at home to manage stress and anxiety.

What should I bring with me?

We will have a lunch break, so you can bring your food and drink. Tea and dry snacks will also be available on site and free of charge. Dress comfortably and in layers, so you can wear a jumper if you feel cold, or take it off if you feel hot. More information will be sent after registration.
