  • Blind test 6 calming essential oils — choose the one that resonates most with your mood, then discover its meaning and how it can support you.
  • Take home your own aromatherapy inhaler — infused with your chosen oil, personally prepared for you, to bring a moment of calm to your daily life.
  • You’ll also receive a summary of the techniques so you can continue your practice at home.
