Join us for a compassionate 1-hour group Reiki session designed to help you move from surviving to thriving — calming your nervous system, easing tension, and opening space for hope and healing.

About Your Practitioner

Hayley Hunt is a certified Reiki Master Teacher, Wellbeing Coach, and hospice volunteer who lives positively with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS) and fibromyalgia. Through her own healing journey, Hayley brings empathy, expertise, and hope to those navigating chronic pain, anxiety, and overwhelm.

How to Join

This is an online event hosted via Google Meet. The meeting link will be included in your ticket and confirmation email.

How to Prepare

Find a quiet, comfortable space, wear cosy clothes, and have water nearby. Put your wn calming music on in the background.

Cameras are optional — join in whatever way feels best for you.

How do I attend the meeting?

Book your ticket and receive an email with a meeting link. This will be held via Google Meet so make sure you have access to this app in plenty of time. If you've booked 2 for £16, simply share the link with 1 friend.

Do I need to talk or show my face?

Not at all. You participate in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

When should I arrive to the virtual meeting?

5/10 minutes before it's due to start. You can sit in the virtual waiting room until you are let in. If you arrive over 5 minutes late then you may not get access into the meeting as it may cause disruption to the rest of the group getting into a deep relaxation.
