Frequently asked questions

What will I get out of this that I haven’t heard before?

These sessions skip the theory and focus on practical tools, real examples, and lessons from experience. You’ll walk away with ideas you can use straight away.

Is this relevant to me as a Chief People Officer or senior leader?

Yes. The content is tailored to people with influence. If you're making decisions about culture, strategy or people – this is for you.

I already understand the business case. Do I really need to attend?

This series is about the how, not the why. If you already get the business case, this is the next step: how to turn strategy into action.

I’m not sure I trust external consultants – what’s your track record?

I’ve worked with senior leaders at organisations like the BBC, Deloitte, Sony Pictures and the NHS. I focus on what works – not jargon or hype.

Will this be another tick-box EDI session?

No. The whole point of this series is to move beyond compliance and performative inclusion. We tackle the real stuff – even when it’s uncomfortable.

What if I can’t stay for the whole session?

You’ll still benefit. The content is front-loaded, so if you can attend the first 30 minutes, you’ll get the core ideas. Q&A is optional.

Do I need to attend every session in the series?

No. You can dip in and out depending on the topic. Each session stands alone.

Will it be accessible?

Yes. The webinar is delivered via Zoom with live captions. Let me know if you have other access needs.

Is the session recorded?

Yes. The main presentation and Q&A are recorded and shared on YouTube for catch-up. Breakout discussions are not recorded, so if you want to be part of the group conversations, it’s best to attend live.
