About Ross McGinn
After working in a research department in what is now Scotlands Rural University College for 43 years, Ross retired in 2012. Since then, most of his time is spent on community activities and interests.
In 2003 the Innerleithen Community Trust was formed and he became the first Chairman. With significant heritage interest ICT set up a community archive, gathering old photographs and artefacts from our community and industrial heritage. A demand for heritage walks and talks has increased over the years and Ross has presented to many varied organisations and groups.
