Can I attend without booking in advance?

No. Admittance is by pre-booked tickets only. This is so that we can manage the event capacity and ensure the safety and comfort of everyone.

Is car parking available?

Yes. Free parking, including accessible bays, is available next to Victoria Mill on a first-come, first-served basis. Further details will be provided once you've booked your place.

Is the event accessible?

Yes. The venues are fully accessible for wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility. For any other requirements, please contact corporateoperations@uclan.ac.uk or call 01772 896396.

Can I bring children under the age of 14 to the event?

Young people (under the age of 14), can attend these lectures, but must be accompanied by an adult (someone over 18). Note if you do bring a child we cannot guarantee the content will be age-appropriate for those under 14 years.

Will dietary requirements be catered for?

Gluten free biscuits, vegan biscuits and soya milk will be available.
