This is a special collaboration with Yenryancooks, whose infused oils will be featured in our dishes to deepen and enhance the bold flavours we love. Together, we’ve created a menu that celebrates the heart and soul of Filipino and Vietnamese street food — the kind we grew up with in Manila and Hai Phong, and still crave today from local food carts and vendors.
What makes this even more meaningful is that every business involved is Asian-owned. We all met through the supper club community, bonded over our love for food, and decided to do something special together. This is more than just a meal, it’s a shared experience of culture, connection, and community.
