About this event

  • 3 hours

Why is history important? Without learning from our past, we risk reinforcing stereotypes of nursing and care. But diversity doesn’t “just happen”. Join the RCN and LSBU on Windrush Day for an afternoon of talks and activities exploring the history of global majority nursing and help expand the RCN’s collections.

Activities and exhibition visiting from 1.30 - 2.30pm

Talks and panel discussion from 2.30 - 4pm. Full speaker details TBC.

This event is open to all and takes place in person. To attend the talks online, please book on the separate event here.

If you have any questions or accessibility needs, please contact us on rcn.library@rcn.org.uk or 0345 337 3368.
