Frome Medical Practice is launching an online Diabetes educational session on Monday 11th Janaury at 06:45 p.m. for our Frome Medical Practice patients.

In the session one of our doctors, Dr. Rob Taylor will help you to gain a greater understanding of Type 2 Diabetes, looking at how diabetes affects your body and how lifestyle changes can help you manage your condition. We will cover various lifestyle choices from dietary to exercise with our expert Jo Fordham, as well as looking after our sleep and stress and health and well-being. This will be followed by a questions and answers session.
