No. As long as you can swim front crawl and are comfortable in the water, you’ll get loads from this session.

Yes. A replay will be sent out afterwards so you can re-watch and take notes at your own pace.

What kit do I need?

Just somewhere comfortable to watch, plus a pull buoy/paddle if you want to try the drills later. No pool needed for the webinar.

Is this suitable for open water swimmers?

Absolutely. EVF and catch mechanics are just as important for OW efficiency as they are in the pool.
