#FSBConnect: Customers: Love ‘em or lose ‘em!
Each meeting includes an interesting guest speaker with a presentation on a local topical issue or business related subject, this month we are pleased to welcome Graham Hill who has over 20 years’ experience leading teams to deliver a world class customer experience, both in the UK and internationally. He is the Regional Director of Shopper Anonymous, the UK’s leading customer feedback organization.
Every business knows the power of good customer service and that it’s often the difference between losing or making a sale. Or perhaps even more crucially between customers returning and or recommending your business.
But do you really know what level of service you deliver? Evidence shows that 80% if businesses believe they deliver great customer service but only 8% of their customers agree with this. So how can we make sure that we’ buck the trend?
In this interactive session Graham will provide us with solid insights and practical tips from 1000’s of mystery shops, across all sectors, that any business can use to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Customers - highlight the key areas that influence how customers feel about your business, and how you can ensure you deliver exceptional service
• Complaints – how to manage complaints so the outcome helps your business. Turn complaints into customer loyalty and new business
• Getting Feedback – is the key to giving exceptional service. How to encourage feedback, what to do with it and making sure lessons are learned
• First Impressions –are everything; what type of first impression does your business give?
• Staff / Service – Understanding the importance your team play in your business and how to motivate them to excel in servicing your customers
