This course, presented by our Aladon registered RCM 2 practitioner and trainer, Chris James, is designed to provide the delegate with a thorough overview of the FTA process coupled with a sound knowledge of the underlying principles. The fundamental principles are established and then built upon using a combination of advanced presentation techniques, informal delegate instructor interaction and formal scripted syndicate and individual exercises.
The delegate will:
- Understand the procedure required to complete a Fault-Tree Analysis (FTA).
- Be able to establish the elements of a FTA.
The delegate will benefit professionally from the knowledge which has been given and the sponsoring organisation gains personnel who understand RCFA and are confident about its use in the workplace.
The individual is better equipped for their role and they will have undergone a degree of personal development through the expansion of their knowledge base.
This course is currently aimed at the Manufacturing / Production Engineering sector but can be tailored to other engineering environments on request.
This course is suitable for both those with a 'hands on' role and for management grades who require a basic understanding of the potential, the processes and of the problems associated with RCFA. The course will act as an introduction to RCFA and forms a sound foundation upon which future development can be based.
Aspire has strong theoretical knowledge gained over many years study of RCM related topics. This is coupled with a great deal of practical experience which has been gained at all levels ranging from RCM Facilitator and Analyst through to RCM team leader and RCM programme management. This experience extends to the application of RCM to complex systems.
Additionally the Course Presenter has relevant first hand experience and therefore a deep understanding of the problems faced by the customer. The Presenters of this course will always be experienced practitioners able to pass on their experience and current knowledge.
Discounts of 5% for the second delegate and 10% for the third and subsequent delegates from the same organisation are available.
The ‘Early Bird’ rate is £450+VAT, and is available until 1st February 2016
