Your Mentor

Tony Sharkey, a Football Agent Licenced by FIFA and registered with the FA who has been in the business for over 23 years. Tony passed the football agent exam in 2002 and has conducted many transfer deals (permanent and loan), contract negotiations, contract re-negotiations and compromise deals both in the UK and abroad. He has worked with owners, clubs, players, coaches and other football agents at all levels including the Premier League.

Tony was interviewed by the BBC as part of the documentary Pep Guardiola: Chasing Perfection and has contributed to lots of articles, podcasts and other media relating to the football agent business.

Tony has extensive knowledge of the FIFA Football Agent Regulations, National Football Agent Regulations in England (the world's biggest market) as well as operating in other countries.

Tony is also CEO of the Football Transfer Forum, a high-quality networking event with industry-expert speakers for those involved in football transfers.
