With each ticket purchased, you will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win a £100 gift card from H&M, at the event*!
*T&C's apply: You have to attend the event to win the prize. If the winner is not present, a new winner will be selected. The gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Overground & Train Station (Southern): Imperial Wharf is a 10' walk away.
Underground: Fullham Broadway station (District line) is a 15' walk away.
Buses: 11, 22, 328 and C3 all stop around the corner from KCC.
Cycling: there is a docking station just outside KCC.
Car: nearest parking spaces and prices (we are not responsible for any inaccuracy)
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
The ticket is transferable until October 17th 2016. To change the name on the ticket, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. No changes permitted after October 14th.
What is the refund policy?
The ticket is non-refundable, but transferable until October 17th 2016.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Unfortunately not. If you know in advance that you won't be able to attend, please email us at:email@example.com so that we can update the name. No changes permitted after October 17th. If your name is not registered, you will not be able to enter the event.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The event is 13+ and if you have booked a student/academic or NGO ticket, you will be asked to present a valid student card (business card if you are a professor/teacher/researcher or from a charity) at registration.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No need, if you have registered you will be on the list! No registrations are allowed at the door.

Will pictures/video be taken?
Yes, we will film and photograph (partially or entirely) the event. Purchase of the ticket means you agree to be filmed/photographed. The videos and pictures can be used by Cum Grano Salis Ltd and KCC.
Will I be allowed to take pictures/videos?
The public will be allowed to take pictures and share them on social media, but we ask you not to take videos. Thank you!
