What actually applies to you, how can you implement it into your life and how can it be straightforward to follow and not take up all of your spare time? Come along to this 45 minute workshop and learn how to fuel your body, how your body uses different types of food and what to focus on to meet your goals this year. This session is ideal for the person looking to get the best from their efforts in the gym and to feel better with more energy, better sleep and better results. Free for Oxhouse members, £10 for non members
