With over a decade of training experience and more than seven years of coaching, Rik has helped countless people unlock both physical strength and mental resilience.
For Rik, coaching goes beyond building muscle. It’s about building the right mindset. Especially on the days when motivation is hard to find. He believes that once you strengthen your mind, every other part of life benefits too.
His own journey began during a challenging chapter in his life, when training became the foundation for change. What started as a way to improve his health evolved into a path of self-discovery and breaking personal barriers.
Today, Rik is passionate about helping others realize they are capable of far more than they think and inspiring them to carry that mindset into every area of life.
