Join us for an evening of total relaxation where we include:

Ceremonial cacao
Pick 3 cards for a mini reading
Full moon release ceremony
Meditation and Soundbath (lasting approximately 45-50 minutes) consisting of crystal bowls, wind chimes, drum, flute, rain stick, Tibetan bowls - the selection of instruments differs each month due to the moon energy and the planetary and astrological influences
Space to share

Numbers will be limited due to space

You will need to bring: yoga mat, blanket, eye mask, pillow, notepad and pen, reading glasses if needed

Each month on or around the full moon we offer a soundbath using various instruments including the crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, flute, Koshi windchimes and other instruments we are guided and inspired to use.

Every soundbath is unique as it is intuitively connected to the energies of the moon and planets at that particular time, to offer support and sound therapy to help navigate any issues or tensions that you may be experiencing.

Also works for just generally relaxing and drifting off into a session of sound therapy.
