Full-day Scots Law Private Client conference brought to you by Estate Research
Join us as Estate Research host their Full-day Private Client conference for Private Client Solicitors. We are hosting two events – one in Edinburgh and one in Glasgow with both conferences bringing together leading legal experts in Scottish law to reflect on the challenges and updates in Estate Administration.
The Agenda for our Edinburgh event is as follows:

- Adelle Seaton (Turcan Connell) - Applications for confirmation - Common issues and how to avoid them
- Sandra Macdonald (EX PG) - What’s that coming over the hill? - Changes we can expect when working with vulnerable adults over the next years
- Roddy MacLeod Advocate (Terra Firma Chambers) - Understanding and unpicking wills
We hope each event will be an opportunity to maximise learning offering 6 hours of face-to-face CPD training.
