We meet at Hounslow West tube at 10.30 am and visit the local Indian shop to learn about ingredients.
This practical hands on cooking course will teach you about spices, how to buy, use and store them and how to use them in a variety of dishes such as Roti, Rice with Meatballs, Chicken Masala Curry, Cabbage and Peas with Spices, Aloo Gobi, Tarka Dal, Onion Bhajias and Cucumber Raita.
We eat what we cook at the end of the course.

The course is open to over 18 year olds.

The Piccadilly Line serves Hounslow West which is 25 minutes away from Central London.
