An Intermediate Course to Allow You to be a Business Social Media Whizz
This full-day training course will build on your basic social media knowledge, paving the way for you to become a fully-fledged master of using your social media for marketing your business. This pragmatic course will dig deeper into the infinite potential of social media and ensure you leave knowing how to schedule and backdate posts, understand how well your different posts perform using insights and analytics and how to carry out basic social media advertising to boost your posts and extend your reach.
Who will benefit from this course?
This course caters for those with social media pages or profiles already set up and a basic level of understanding of simple social media features. Perhaps you used to be quite active on social media but want to know how to publish posts more efficiently? Maybe you know how to post on social media but want to know how to be more creative with your posts, and what tone and style of posts your should be using, when.
You should already be able to log in to your social media pages and accounts and publish simple posts. We will briefly cover some of the basics of social media at the start of the course but will quickly explore and learn about the more advanced aspects of social media, such as analytics and boosting posts.
What you need to know about Social Media
A basic understanding of social media. A basic grasp of where the different tools are located on the different social media dashboards will also help, but isn’t essential. You will need basic PC or Mac skills and login details to existing business social media pages and accounts. Note: this course does not teach social media account and page set up.
