On the 12th October we invite all experienced and inexperienced Hyrox enthusiasts to join us for the best HYROX race simulation in central London!
We've got full race-length runs, complete with a ROXD Zone, all the race stations (including sled push and pull) and a Hydration Station to keep you fuelled throughout your race!
With the new season underway, a ROXD sim is your best opportunity to put your fitness to the test before your race. Whether you've got tickets for London, Dublin, Birmingham, Manchester or any other Hyrox race - come down and get a benchmark for your fitness, and see where you need to focus your training.
In order for this event to offer competitors the most comparable simulation to a real Hyrox race event, each athlete MUST complete the google form in order to compete. This is both for safety reasons and for logistical reasons with race wave timings.

⚠️ Athlete / Athletes must all complete the google form (even if in a doubles race format - please both complete the questionnaire).
📍Location is:
UN1T Nine Elms, Building 2, A03, Business Unit 01 Legacy, 2 Viaduct Gdns, London SW11 7BG
⏰ Athletes will be sent off individually or in small groups. Race start times will begin from 9am and run throughout the day. The final start time will be at 4pm. You will be sent your specific start time at least 48hrs before the event.
Please arrive at least 30 mins before your start time to appropriately check-in and warm up for the event.
🔥Warm Up Area: You'll have access to the designated warm up area to get yourself ready to race.
🥤Hydration Station: Water and other refreshments will be available at the gym. Please bring any other fuelling, medication or equipment you might need on the day.
🧑⚖️ There will be NO JUDGES on the day. Staff will be onsite to run the event and manage safety however standards of movement are your own responsibility. If you wish to cheat, you are only cheating yourself.
