I will open up the space to the Otherworld and invite in the benevolent spirits of the seven directions. We will power up together using the spirit of the drum and movement. Once enough energy has been generated, I guide you through an energy clearing mediation. You will then lie down and receive a sound bath involving the 32” Chiron gong among other instruments. There will be an opportunity for prayers should anyone wish to say one before I release the spirits and close the space.

You will need...

A strong intention

To know the directions in your space - we start facing east, then south, then west, then north

Some kind of object that makes a percussive sound (a drum, a rattle, a sauce pan and wooden spoon, a box of salt or water bottle filled with seeds...)

Loose comfortable clothing

Headphones, something to cover your eyes and somewhere warm to lie down for the sound bath
