There is so much information out there about menopause - hormones, supplements, treatments, lifestyle shifts. Some of it’s empowering, some of it’s confusing, and I find that a lot of it can feel like just one more thing to manage. I also find it makes me feel quite alone.

This circle will be a monthly reminder that we’re NOT alone in this transition, and will not be about fixing or figuring everything out.

It’s about community and coming together at the full moon each month - a time of fullness, release, and deep feminine wisdom.

We will gather online (you can come in your PJ's!), to share ritual and stories, gently move, maybe breathe or journal together, and connect back with ourselves. There’s no pressure to speak if you don't want to, there's no right way to show up.

Even when everything feels like it’s changing, some things remain:The healing power of being seen.The steadiness of the moon.And the strength we can find in each other.

Who is this for?

This circle is for women in any stage of the menopausal transition - from early perimenopause to post-menopause. Whether you’re seeking connection, support, or simply a quiet space to be, you are welcome here.

Do I have to have my video on during the circle?

No. It can be nice to see who you are in circle with, but there is no obligation to have your video on.

Do I have to speak or share?

No. You are welcome to listen and simply be present. Sharing is always optional, never expected.

Do I need to have any prior experience with women’s circles?

Not at all. This is a gentle, inclusive space - no experience necessary. You can come just as you are, with no pressure to share or participate in any specific way.

What happens during the circle?

Each circle may be slightly different, but typically we will gather online, settle in with a grounding practice (like breath, meditation or gentle movement), share reflections or journal prompts, and hold space for open conversation.

Will we talk about hormones or treatment options?

This is not a space for medical advice or structured education. While personal experiences around hormones or treatments may be shared, the focus is on community, reflection, and emotional support - not on “fixing” or expert guidance.

Is this therapy?

No, this is not a therapy group. It’s a peer-led circle - a safe space to gather and feel seen and heard in the company of others walking a similar path.

What do I need to bring?

You’ll receive a reminder before the session with any items that could enhance the experience.

How long does it last?

1 hour

How do I join?

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a Zoom link and a short welcome note with suggestions for how to prepare. All you need is an internet connection and a little time to yourself.

What if I’m feeling emotional or unsure about joining?

That’s absolutely okay. You don’t need to feel “together” to be here, in fact, it’s often when we feel the most unraveled that connection helps the most. This is a space where it’s safe to feel exactly how you feel.
