Full Moon Drum, Dance and Cacao

The Full Moon is a time of culmination and release.

As the Sun opposes the Moon in the sky, we find tension between two opposing aspects of ourselves that calls for a release of energy.

Cacao, drumming and ecstatic dance are three powerful mediums for processing and release of stagnant or surplus energy.

Through these practises we can also reach ecstatic states of bliss as we unify the masculine and feminine within.

In this way we can also celebrate all that has been achieved and created thus far in the current lunar cycle.
