This will be a beautiful evening of release, relaxation, and rejuvenation. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected to yourself, your power, and your dreams.

- Yoga mat, blanket & cushions for your comfort
- Eye mask if desired
- Comfortable warm clothing
- Water to stay hydrated

- Please arrive 5 minutes before the session to settle in
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes before the event
- Doors close after the first 5 minutes. No late entry is possible
