The full moon is a time for letting go of things which no longer serve you. Our full session is created with this aim in mind.
We begin with a cacao ceremony to help us open up the heart chakra and find the courage to let things go. Cacao is a gentle plant medicine which helps us connect with our inner wisdom. It opens the heart space and allows to experience our activities on a deeper level.We prepare our cacao to be gluten free and suitable for vegans. We exclusively use cacao from Keith’s Cacao, which is sourced from Guatemala and prepared in the traditional way, to assure full potency, clean product, and the best flavour. Mahala is a certified Keith’s Cacao Practitioner.
The ceremony leads into a guided meditation and then into an energetic gong bath which includes gongs, drums, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and more.
This powerful session ends with a fire release ritual.
We provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters for you. We recommend bringing a bottle of water, and your favourite mug. You might also like to bring some flowers or fruit for the altar.
